At Liv Orderly, our goal is to create spaces that evoke the same feeling as walking into a freshly cleaned home—but we take it a step further. The Team

Hey there! I’m Olivia, the founder of Liv Orderly. I started this company after spending 10 years as a nanny and experiencing firsthand the constant race of keeping a house organized while juggling all of life’s demands. I saw how overwhelming clutter could be and how much peace and productivity an organized space could bring.

My passion for helping others create calm, functional environments inspired me to turn my love for organizing into a full-time career. I believe that when your space is in order, your mind is too. My goal is to help clients reclaim their homes and rediscover joy in their everyday lives.

  • What is the process with Liv Orderly?
    Our process begins with a free in-home consultation where we assess your space and understand your needs. We’ll discuss your goals, challenges, and preferences to create a customized organizing plan. Once we agree on the scope, we schedule a session to start transforming your space. We handle everything from decluttering to implementing sustainable systems that work with your lifestyle.
  • What types of spaces do you organize?
    We organize just about anything: closets, pantries, kitchens, bathrooms, playrooms, garages, offices, and entire homes. Whether you need a small refresh or a full-home transformation, we can create a system that fits your space and lifestyle.
  • Do I need to be involved in the organizing process?
    Your level of involvement is entirely up to you! Some clients prefer to be hands-on and make decisions throughout the process, while others prefer us to take the reins. We’ll collaborate with you to determine the best approach that aligns with your comfort level. Our goal is to make the process as stress-free as possible.
  • How do I maintain the space after it’s organized?
    We offer Refresh Services just for this! These are maintenance visits for returning clients to keep your home tidy and functioning beautifully. Whether it’s refolding clothes, restocking the pantry, clearing counters, or tidying a playroom, we’ll help bring everything back to that just-organized feel. You can schedule refresh sessions weekly, biweekly, monthly, quarterly, or even just before the holidays—whatever fits your lifestyle.
  • Do you help with moving or getting ready to sell my home?
    Yes! We offer a specialized “Ready for Market” service to help you prepare your home for showings or open houses. We’ll identify clutter hot spots, suggest improvements, and help create a clean, spacious, buyer-ready environment. We also offer packing and unpacking services to make your move seamless and stress-free.
  • Do you provide organizing supplies?
    Yes, we can source and purchase any organizing supplies needed for your project, including storage bins, baskets, hangers, labels, and more. We’ll discuss your preferences during the consultation to ensure the supplies align with your style and budget.
  • Do I have to be home during the organizing session?
    Not necessarily. We’re happy to work with or without you present, depending on your comfort and availability. Some clients are fully involved, while others trust us to handle everything while they’re at work or running errands. We'll align on your preferences beforehand to make sure everything goes smoothly.
  • What happens to the items we declutter?
    As part of our service, we offer donation drop-off for any items you decide to let go of. We make it easy for you to declutter responsibly by taking care of the logistics, so you don’t have to worry about it.
  • Do you offer gift cards or services as gifts?
    Yes! Liv Orderly sessions make a thoughtful gift for new parents, recent movers, newlyweds, or anyone craving a fresh start. Contact us to purchase a digital gift card.
  • How do I get started?
    Simply schedule your initial phone call with us—we’ll take it from there. Next, we’ll book a free in-home consultation to assess your space, discuss your goals, and create a customized plan. There’s no pressure—just a chance to see how we can help. Once you’re ready, we’ll schedule your first organizing session and begin the transformation.
